As Dollshe is entering it's 10th Anniversary of creating their beautiful dolls, I thought I would give a history of my personal discovery of Dollshe. When I first became interested in collecting Asian Ball Jointed Dolls, it must have been 2007, I learned almost all I know about them within a month. I remember learning the sizes. We didn't use centimeter to define the sizes back then. We used terms. I remember  60 cm was SD from Volks Super Dolfie, 45 cm was MSD from the Volks Mini Super Dolfie, then there was tiny (anything from 14cm to 27cm), but 70 cm was always 'Hound size'. Okay, well I never said I would be consistent...and honestly...I just use this as rambling space online...like a blog...with pics of creative stuff.   So by now it's almost the end of Scarborough faire and I'm heading into that unemployed month that isn't a vacation b/c I will be so broke. But it is the only month I have weekends off until winter, so I'm definitely going to A-Kon again this year, I have been so consistent about that con, and I love seeing my friends that I only see there that one weekend. coming up! last weekend of NC faire! my faire season will be over for the year...don't know if I'm happy about that. Means I spend the winter alone and unemployed. Not really that fun. At least I believe I have savings. I do really need to set up my early spring show though. This is about the time I start making a list of projects to work on in the winter. I got that popular pattern for the steampunk jacket outfit...I'm just making the jacket...and altering it too. I got a bunch of steampunk jewelry making supplies...watch hands, wind up keys, wire...etc. Will be making some interesting stuff this winter...just hope that I can find somewher
